Summon Pro respects your privacy. This policy outlines what data may be processed by the app and how we handle it.

1.0 What We Collect

We do not directly collect or store any personal information about you.

However, certain technical data may be processed during normal app usage:

1.1 Anonymous User IDs

• Used solely to manage sessions or for debugging.
• These IDs are not linked to your identity.

1.2 Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs)

• Required to interact with your Tesla through the Tesla Fleet API.
• VINs may appear in temporary logs for troubleshooting purposes.

1.3 IP Addresses

• Your IP may be logged by backend services during API or WebSocket requests.
• We do not use IP addresses for tracking or analytics.

2.0 What We Don’t Do

• ❌ We do not collect your name, email, location, Tesla credentials, or personal identifiers.
• ❌ We do not sell or share any data with third parties.
• ❌ We do not track your behavior or driving habits.

3.0 Technical Notes

• All communication with Tesla APIs is done securely via HTTPS.
• Your Tesla access tokens are stored locally on your device and never sent to any third-party server.
